I have never understood placing wall ovens below the counter sine IMO then they just cecome the ovens with a range and you could have saved money with a range . I assume you are not changing counters so having all this done it he same space . I think your first step will be to see what will fit properly in the space you have with all the allowances you will need.My advice go to a good appliance store and see what suits your cooking style and space.I run a catering bix from my home have had KA double wall ovens for 13 yrs not one issue and those ovens are used at lot they are electric convection full size. that is what works for me along with an all gas range because some things are better baked in gas IMO.

When my kitchen was originally designed 20 yrs ago I wanted two ovens but not on top of each other. This arrangement made a lot of sense way back then! I have a Viking cooktop with drawers for storage. My thinking was I didn’t want to stand over a hot oven when I was cooking at the stove. I floated the idea of replacing the “stove shrine” (what my designer called it!) with a range but DH poopooed that idea. He might change his mind when he sees the price of a new single wall oven!
