Are you sure those black particles are eggs? they might be poop from whatever is eating the leaves. The damage reminds me of a caterpillar type pest and the black "eggs" may be it's poop. I'd check the leaves more closely to look for any green caterpillar that can hide easily on the undersides. If the damage stops then a predatory wasp may have found it first.
