Help choosing pool coping

I have aggregate concrete in charcoal colour patio and I am changing my entire pool coping stone which is currently venetian grey (I’m also removing the border you see in the photo as well the waterfall is being re-done) I need to decide on a new stone. Should I chose a fine grey or go charcoal?
