Refreshing exterior

I'm looking for ways to refresh our exterior and see that all these new prefab/contemporary homes use these slick overhangs that look like they are custom. I haven't seen any Hardy panels that look like metal and have long spans with slick integrated soffits. Any ideas on how to buy or purchase these?
