latham pool liner

I had a pool liner installed this week.Latham,the reef.when i got in the pool i noticed the eas 3 to 4 inches bulging on all 4 corners. i called the installers and they were too busy to return but said take a photo. they said it was normal . i have been in a hundred rentals.no way is this normal is it?
