Trying to bake with a lot of substituting. Flax egg for a real egg, oats processed into flour instead of whole wheat four, dates instead of sugar, almond butter instead of other fats. I've found exactly two that I've tried and adjusted and enjoy. [g]. Now I'm trying to find a lemon dessert of some kind that can be considered heart healthy. :-)
