Vanity Light Size? What looks best--bigger, smaller or the same size?

Which size light fixture looks best over a 24" X 30" medicine cabinet?

A smaller one at 18"?

A larger one at 30"?

Or one that is the same size/width as the mirror (24")?

Any advise is appreciated.
