@v2prp yes it is a beautiful Buddha face. I purchased it at a garden trade show, I don't recall the artist. But I did see them sold in a shop local to me The Potting Shed in Fairfax, CA. I hope they can help you, here's the link: https://potting-shed.com/ Good luck!
