Hi dwilly, did you decide on your floor covering yet? What did you go with?

i actually love, love what i did and will take a photo. it is so chic but i believe due to the color. i did an epoxy coating in taupe with taupe walls and it was about 3000 for 1000sq feet. i installed 7 inch base and no shoe base to keep a bit of ventilation in case of water. we tucked up hte insulation 10 inches from floor and cut drywall 4 inches from ground. teh drywall and insulation soak up the water. it ended up that the porelain tile was about 3.25 sq foot which came to about 4000 and 4000 to install and it would be cold to the touch and the epoxy was 3200 all done and it will never crack etc. i thought tile would be thrifty and it ended up with installation to be a fortune!!! will upload photo to you tommorow. then i got an indoor/outdoor rug for 100 from loews 8x10 that looks like sisal. i put 5 inch legs on the couch for 30 bucks to lift it up and im really happy.
