We painted our brick white, not sure about shutters/ trim

We painted our brick house white. I love it!! I need help figuring out if the trim and shutters look good together. We did a medium brown stain on the shutters and SW Iron Ore for the trim. I’ve been struggling with the shutters the most. I like the wood but not sure if it’s the right stain. What do you guys think? Should we paint them or leave them as is? Also thinking about painting the front door to break up the brown. I want to paint it a blue/green color.

I could use all the advice. Thank you!

P.S. I know our landscape needs work.
