Ellie Topp's Chunky Tomato Basil Sauce - amounts

I made two batches of Ellie Topp's Chunky Tomato sauce today. My first batch came out fine - 4 pints almost on the nose. My second batch made 3 pints and 4 oz. I followed the recipe exactly. I use a mix of tomatoes I grow in the garden. I cooked them down for the same time. Do I need to be worried about that second batch?


As a precaution, I put the second patch into the frig, even though they all sealed.
