My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Nice powder room

I noticed your vanity size is smaller than the wall behind it. I'm in a similar situation w a guest & main bathroom. I need max storage for the guest bath but concerned about balance. Master not as much. Is there some design logic to install a smaller vanity than length of wall?
