Make pesto! When winter comes it’ll die anyway. The one most likely to overwhelm the pot in the long run is the mint.

Yes, cut it back and use it!! In most cases basil would never get that large as it would be routinely plucked down onto a compact stature by usage of the leaves for cooking.

And good luck getting it to overwinter indoors. With that sort of height to it now, I'd suspect it will attempt to flower soon......which it looks like it has. Once that happens, it has pretty much reached the end of its lifespan (it is an annual).
