Wood Fireplace Exhaust Tin

I want to run wood fireplace exhaust pipe out my ceiling. I have an 8/12 pitch, asphalt shingle roof. Inside I have what I think is also 8/12 pitch pine. There is only 4 or 5" in between the wood ceiling and roof. i don't know what kind of insulation it has yet, but I'm guessing blown and vapor barrier. What could I rig up for galvanized tin to go through a hole that still looks good by the wood. Are there any products for this? 6" pipe. I have all of the rest of the pipe runs figured out, just cant solve how to run galvanized thru the hole in the ceiling.

thanks!
