Bacteria doesn't effectively "grow into" plants. e. coli CAN get taken up by plants but in small quantities, and largely just in the roots. If you're worried about airborne e. coli then don't breathe, and worry about everyone else's dogs, and not just your own. The lifetime of e. coli as an airborne aerosol is very short, anyway.

You shouldn't need to worry. Most reasons for dead grass in your yard from pet waste, is actually do to pH. Nothing to worry too much over

Airborne e coli comes from EVERYWHERE, and it is usually dead. Again, if you're worried about airborne e coli, for goodness sake, DON'T BREATHE!

Birds and mice are not 'meat eaters.' Like horse or cow. Not a danger.

Dogs are meat eaters and carry parasites. I would never use a meat-eating animal as a source of manure.

Not true. Birds droppings spread salmonella (with some regularity) and even trichomoniasis. Mice can have that too, and also toxoplasmosis and hantavirus. Lots of others. Cow manure can also make you pretty sick. Listeria, cryptosporidium and giardia come out of cows, as does salmonella and e coli. Animal poop isn't nice stuff, parasite-wise, whatever they eat. It is true that carnivore poop is thought to be somewhat more pathogenic to humans. I think that's less about parasites and more because their gut bacteria doesn't get along well with our own.

I am certain that birds and rodents eat more meat than the house hold dog. Birds and rodents will eat worms, bugs, etc. Dogs may get a kitchen scrap from time to time.

Regardless, meat manure isn't bad provided its aged. It just stinks and can bring in pests (Like the aforementioned rodents).

Clean your produce before consuming. And if you're really concerned you can cook it. Or grow in a completely sterile condition.

If your dog has parasites, i recommend getting it medication.

Native Americans would use fish to fertilize the field. It aged and decomposed during the growing season.

I would just be sure to not put raw manure of any kind on the plant just prior to harvest.
