Will MSI refund money?

The quartz we purchased from MSI in February was defective after install. After Covid restrictions lifted in Michigan they came out to inspect and said they would replace. We picked new slabs & switched to granite and it’s been a headache ever since. They went radio silent for weeks and after multiple attempts to contact them, we finally went into the store last week to find they sold our slabs. Now they won’t have the same color in for weeks and we do t have faith in that either.

Has anyone successfully had their money refunded from them via warranty? This has been such a nightmare with them and we‘re over it.

There is no way for us to really suggest anything with so little info. I agree ask for a refund first then see what happens then . If this is just a shop that carries MSI counters I would also lodge a complaint with MSI directly.

Be a large enough pain that it's easier to refund you than to put up with you.

We haven't asked and we're dealing with MSI directly. I just didn't know if anyone has successfully received a refund from MSI instead of a replacement.

Sounds iike they are hoping you will "go away".

Keep calling and calling. Keep going into store. Squeaky wheel gets the oil.

Don't let them off the hook.
