How bad is white mold?

I started a raised planted in my backyard, I noticed that about an inch- 2 inches under the soil is white mold. It's pretty much on the whole thing. Should I just scrap all the plants I have in there now and re do the soil or just let it dry out and see if it goes away?

Probably a layer of fungal mycelium which is entirely common in high organic soils with even moisture. Completely harmless to the plants growing, it is just evidence of fungal organic matter digesters busy at work.
