Can't tell the size but it looks like it might be mouse eared chickweed.

A bit hard to tell from the picture, but it might be spurge, Euphorbia maculata. I pull mine (easier after a good rain). You might have both. The best way to get rid of it is to pull it up; use a hand cultivator to grab hold of the roots.
