You need to get pictures that show model numbers of the unit where its installed, and a picture of how the original filter was mounted. Its hard to tell anything by just looking at an empty filter housing.

I figured it out, it’s called the seal kit. unfortunately no HVAC company will sell it to you as the public. They want a service call. It’s 3 pieces of insulation and weatherstripping. It’s 35 from Aprilaire direct or $25 from other online retailers. Disappointed I can’t shop local for it, no way am I paying for a service call for that seal kit.
