Hi thanks so much! I want it to be cozy and light and airy at the same time .

I'd go with soothing sage green or pale blue and white sheets (even white sheets can look good with some cream walls- you'd have to try it and possibly add some art with white mats). I prefer solids basic bedding and then some pattern for shams or accent pillow. Did you get the whole set or just a piece or 2?

I think the wood furniture and floors bring in a lot of warmth and the bedding should be lighter feeling, whites, soft blues, grey, green and to bring in cozy i would do a bunch of layered bedding...sheets, pillows, euro pillows and shams, duvet with cover and a quilt. then i would add a blanket in maybe a sweater material. cozy can be in art and accessories too...vase of flowers, candles

We got the king bed, 2 night stands and dresser/mirror

IMO I try to stay away from flower or any girly bedding if this space is shared with a guy. Could we see your space . Now that you have all matching stuff it matters how the room looks and some idea of your actual style since I see no ideas on your page.

I taped the wall to see the height of another king bed I was looking at - finally decided that I didn’t want a headboard that was too tall.

Pretty much any bedding Pottery Barn carries would work with that bedroom set. They tend to have an updated traditional look. Pick a color scheme and run with it.
