Try Neolith.
They have a few that have a polished finish such as Calacatta and Himalayan Salt shown in the pic. Although a satin not polished finish I really like Zaha Stone too (also Neolith)

Also look at Pietra and Mirostone. Both solid surface.

My sister got her quartz worktop from Cawdor Stone in Woolmer Green, Herts. They have an amazing showroom and do quartz, granite and marble and they do a huge array of colours. Is that in your area? Worth a look.

Dekton? Personally would avoid gloss though as it’s a real pain to keep looking shiny and smear free.

With solid surface you can choose what finish you want. The recommendation is 500-600 grit which isn’t shiny otherwise it would show every mark up.
