Help! Rubber Tree Plant Leaf Spot

Hi! Can anyone please tell me what may be going on with my rubber tree plant? One leaf is droopy and there is a large black and grey spot on it. I think it might be a fungal infection. There's also other leaves with brown edges starting to form.
