Finishing basement hiring professionals separately

I am planning on finishing my basement. I got a couple of estimates, but all of them are a bit expensive than I expected. So I am thinking about hiring professionals only for drywall and electric and doing paint and floor by myself.


The thing is that I have to hire professionals for drywall and electric separately. Do you think this makes things complicated?
