Hello,

I was planning on building a pergola surrounding my backyard pool using screw piles. Although I realized that the pool was surrounded by a concrete collar. I am wondering if i could drill the posts directly into the concrete wall? I don't have a concrete slab around the pool (i have pavers instead).

I just can't find any information on the web. Is it possible to drill into the concrete wall that surrounds an inground pool?

Any input is appreciated.
