My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Licorice Tea from A Reverence for Roses arrived!

And I am pretty excited. I just hope that it does as well here in St Louis, MO, as it did in Salem, OR. This is my 3rd Paul Barden bred rose which makes that group 30% of the roses I have. I only have 10 because we just moved so I am starting over, but still....
I just wanted to share my excitement with people whose eyes aren't going to glaze over as soon as I mention the word rose
