Amy sent you my Bingo words.

The word amaryllis reminds me of trying growing them in the ground all winter and it works.

I cover them with a thick plastic/roofing paper and they make it. The key is for them not to get wet then it gets cold and they rot. I don't dig up cannas, elephant ears or my dahlias.

Also collecting all the red bud trees they have, I have 6 and looking to find 9 more I don't have yet.

I send my amayllis to my DIL in Whiteville N. C. . I do have 2 here . I will stick in a closet and see if i can get a bloom. It happens after Christmas. Feels like rain in the air today. we need it so bad. working on a tomato seed trade. My husband is complaining on all of the supplies on the table. Then on to a fun package for Amy tomorrow. that is my plan

Shirley , Thank you for the bingo words! I love amaryllis also. I didn't get a chance to dig mine up in Georgia and bring them with me but I plan to plant some soon. They remind me of my Grandmother.

Sorry, my messaging is not working on my phone I couldn’t send my bingo words darn. Hope everyone had a good day, it was quite rainy here so I was inside saving seeds most of the day.

Some of my blooms, Tommy Toe tomatoes 🍅, October daisies, and my Happy Days marigolds.

Kim so nice to see some late blooms. I still have some cherries also. No rain yet. I may water today with some plant food to kick in the blooms on my mums and pansies. still working on seed packs. spent the Sunday at the local auction.Picked up some plant food and Christmas lights.

We had something exciting happen for the first time this week. One of our hens hatched two eggs and we have two little peeps. They are so cute! Hope you all have a great night!

What are you all up to this week? I planted a few things in pots that I had gotten at Lowe’s. I planted a desert rose, jade plant and a variegated plant I’m not sure the name. My husband has expanded my chicken coop and my birds are growing big. I got a few more chicks yesterday at the store to keep another chick I have company.

Above picture is my turkey and duck. The turkey is my favorite I just love her as silly as she looks!

Amy you are keeping your hands full of Duck Duck Turkey. I brought an auger to plant my tulips this year. will be next weeks project. while I was at the greenbrier they had these pink and purple flowers in pots. I would love to find out what they are. they have the height I want. y sages are not quite giving me the color I want.Anybody know what they are?

My Mom and I found a neat little nursery today and purchase a pink honeysuckle vine and a dutchman pipe vine. They are both very neat!

I received my Fall basket box from Amy. Always love a new basket. The cutest owl candy dish and acorn box and candy.

A ready to decorate bird house for my yard and a great bunch of seeds. Everything is perfect.

Amy I was out side all day also. Found a carnival candy apple coral bell last week. So got it planted today. I have a pink fizz
coral bell that is struggling.I need to repot and see if I can save the last living bit

my auger did not work in my drill. So got 25 of 75 bulbs planted. Then got side tracked looking at my 2 beautiful trees and the carpet of leaves. So ended the day bagging leaves. From now on leaves will go to the garden bed. I am down to one word. See what Amy has tomorrow for me🎯

He is my neighbors great grandson. She babysits him while his mom works. He does kindergarden on line. I am happy he enjoys pushing my wheelbarrow or using Clippers. To me he can make no mistakes. He might learn to like spiders yet!

The fall foliage pictures are beautiful. Not really any fall color where I live. We will get a bit in November, but our weather doesn't promote those beautiful scenes.

Kim your pkg was mailed 10/22 for delivery 10/26 by USPS.

I mailed a pkg. of daylilies 10/12 to Woodstock, GA and UPS still has not

delivered them. 12 days and I'm sure they are rotted by now. I told the Guy at UPS I could have walked to Woodstock and delivered them by now. Tracking said they left Franklin and went to Tennessee and then to Doraville, Ga. and there they sit. They only insure for $100 so I have lost $245. Will never use UPS again.

Shirley that is a crazy looking plant. I keep saying I am going to cut back. then I see a new collection that is easy to grow. I am not doubting the UPS. do you think it has been delivered? I have 2 packages with usps that would show no tracking or stalled in one place. then find out it is delivered. I am hoping for you. Your beautiful plants wasted is a terriable thought. I have a liliy blooming. I think I moved it a couple months ago and proably feed it. Amy should have gotten her package yesterday. MY mail is always a day behind . Our girl works so hard. Soon she will be out in the dark delivering. I am sure she is glad we have a safe neighborhood. well gotta a ton of errands today. Everyone enjoy your sunday

Susan, My package arrived toda! I am so surprised to receive it on a Sunday! Thank you so much for a wonderful surprise! I love the seeds that you sent and passionflower, picotee morning glory and autumn beauty sunflower. The basket and wreath are perfect for fall. I can’t wait to try skinny syrup in my coffee and yummy pumpkin seeds and candy. The socks are sooo cute and the chapstick and yankee candles for my car will be great! Thank you again so much!

Dont know how popular pumpkin seeds are there. They were very hard to find. but not very expensive.. always think of them as a treat this time of year. I loved your theme this month. Now to get that 1 more word!!!

Amy those little ghosts are so darn cute. Worst thing that has ever happened to me shipping plants, never using UPS again.

Susan I have been in contact with the lady who bought the daylilies from me and no she has not received them. The sad thing is the daylilies I sent are Westbourne daylilies and very hard to find. I don't have enough of the ones I sent to divide the plant again. Will just have to return her money.

Kim thank you so much for the awesome Fall Basket. I collect Heucheras and don't have the Apple Twist. I have the perfect spot for the pink daffodils.

Oh Shirley that would is a tough pill to swallow losing special lilies in the mail. Apple twist sounds fun. Amy the ghost bring the basket to life .

Glad you liked it Shirley I was hoping he survived the trip and you didn’t have that heuchera, I started collecting them about 6 years ago since my yard is mostly shade.
