The post cites 2 different colors for the walls, New Penny and Tony Taupe. To me it looks like New Penny.

These are my samples. The darker beige is the sofa fabric, small swatch is the wall color,

the teal is my accent color, and the off white is maybe the color of the carpet but I’m not sure.

If you have an "adults only/no shoes inside"home, go with a lighter carpet color, because the space will appear larger. Avoid the pink undertones in a carpet if you will need to re-sell your home (many people dislike pink undertones).

You can definitely have texture but try to keep the color of the carpet neutral without being specific to any decor style. An off white or creamy color would work perfectly in your room with the choices you have provided. Neutral color carpet allows flexibility to blend in with any decor (in case you like to change it in future) or for re selling the property. Light color carpet makes the room appear larger.

Number 4 looks too greenish and number 3 looks too pink. At least on my monitor. Maybe number 2?

I like the top one and the last one. Just check the colors in person at the the store. Sometimes, colors on screen are not as accurate. Take your fabric and paint chip sample with you.

Can you match the parchment color sample to a carpet color?

Did you have the opportunity to take all carpet, upholstery, paint samples home to check them in your own lighting (daylight and evening/interior lights on) ?

Your home's incandescent vs. LED lighting may give vastly different color impressions, as will full sun vs. overcast daytime lighting. Showroom lighting rarely matches what you have in your home.

Yes, I plan to do that when I collect all samples. Such a long process!

A middle of the road beige without a pink undertone and having some texture. Also consider content and suggest a New Zealand wool
