Bosch vs Miele dishwasher? Recommendations on model numbers please

I have had Bosch DW for 9 years. I love how quiet it is.has given me some small issues. But working ok so far. There are some things I don't like about it. Drying option is not great. Have to be opened after the cycle. I guess that is not an issue in recent models. For the new house I am considering Miele or Bosch. Can you wonderful people tell me which model of DW you have and what you love or hate about it. Thanks in advance.

We have the Bosch 800 with Crystal Dry [so you don't have to open it] We love it. The silverware tray on top is awesome. It's super quiet [red light shines on floor so you know it's running it's that quiet].

I have also the 800 with crystal dry, at first I hated loading it...but once I figured out how our dishes fit inside, and where the rack height needs to be....very much love it! Model# SHV878ZD3N

I have the series 800 (SHX68TL5UC) and love it. The adjustable racks and the cutlery tray are very convenient. The red light on the floor when the DW is in use is invaluable given how quiet it is; given that it's in a small, open concept condo, the low noise level is its best feature.

Hi, could the bosch owners tell me how long the express cycle is? My old bosch is 30 minutes but I heard the new ones are much longer.

    Miele G6665SCVISF

This one is 18 months old. Love the cutlery plate. Very quiet except when draining but I find that true of Bosches too and more of a sink design issue.

Love the pop out door for drying although there are still some wet areas - top of coffee mugs mostly. We do not use rinse aid. So this is impressive with no drying mechanism at all other that the automatic popped door.

Last house had dishwasher drawers which we loved at the time but the Miele wins out. But years of innovation in between of course.

Funny control issues. Hard to change modes - and not as flexible as some others. No "force drain" button if you want to end the cycle.

    52 minutes for quick cycle.

Could someone share which current dishwasher Model # of the 800 series of Bosch completely cleans and completely dries dishes? Thank you.

I really wanted the Bosch 500 that would pop open when it's done but I ended up with a Bosch 800. I still really like it. Gets dishes extremely clean. Haven't thought to try the Crystal dry yet (I like to save energy).
I also had an older model of Bosch in my last home and it worked incredibly well but then started to have issues. I had to hire someone to replace the circuitboard. Apparently that is a common issue with the Bosch. But it was 10 years old.

We have had the BSHX878ZD5N dishwasher for 2 years. It mostly dries the dishes all of the way. Sometimes, water remains on the tops of coffee mugs. I learned a trick to open the dishwasher, after the heating cycle has completed, and put a terry cloth dish towel on the top rack and close the washer with it hanging part way out. This collects any remaining moisture. It works!!!

We have been pleased enough with the dishwasher, although I think it could do a better job of cleaning. I rinse dishes before putting them in the washer, and my DH scrubs dishes. They can still come out with some spots that are not cleaned. Especially some dried-on food! It may be that our water is not hot enough during the start cycle. Takes a while for hot water to get to our kitchen.

My favorite thing about the dishwasher is the silverware rack. Love lining up the forks, spoons, and knives. After cleaning, I can gather a whole row of like silverware and put directly into the drawer. No sorting!!!
