I want to get rid of dining room and just make living room and kitchen. Considering a banquet and island but not sure how to face it. Bedrooms , should I enclose part of living room and expand middle room or make another small bedroom. This is a bottom floor of a duplex so footprint remains the same. I am in process of renovating it now. Do I put a shower in bathroom a log w moving the washer dryer from bedroom. Ugg confused and need help.
