Are you sure that pipe coming thru the wall is PVC? Because the fittings look like galvanized & the drip mark looks like rust.

Yes, Its weird, the pipe is pvc and the fitting is galvanized. My first assumption was it was from the fitting bc of the rust but it really doesn’t look like its coming from there. Seems to be seeping from under the putty sealant stuff.

Hi, Just a guess. Maybe there is apiece of PVC pipe through the wall and the pipe goes through the PVC This prevents oxidation between the pipe and concrete. I believe they put a sealer between the PVC and the pipe. Maybe the seal failed and you are getting ground water.

I think this is a good time to call that plumber. He will know exactly what it is and how to fix it.

The best way to find small leaks is to dry everything off thoroughly. Then use a dry Kleenex, wipe a pipe joint and then inspect the Kleenex for a wet spot.

If just a small seep, you might try wrapping it with self fusing silicone tape.
