    G11 or GWL11?

Cold and hot water wrong .... hot and cold supply hoses connected in reverse?

Try if the Permanent Press cycle fills without draining.

averything is correct I also had an issue with it going through all the cycles 1x and then it automatically restarted from the first cycle. I’m baffled. Lol.

Everything apparently is not correct if these problems are occurring.

A cycle is a complete wash/rinse/spin from start to off. The various
operations that occur are more correctly called periods or phases to
avoid confusion with a complete cycle. Wash period, 1st rinse period, 2nd
rinse period, and final spin. Each of those involves multiple different
operations, which may also vary depending on which cycle is selected.

There is a diagnostic function called Recycle to make it repeat a cycle endlessly from start to finish to help identify a malfunction that occurs randomly. Perhaps you accidentally activated it? Disconnecting the power cord from the wall outlet for 60 seconds, then reconnecting it, that should reset the control board out of Recycle mode.

-- Next step now .... The hot and cold inlet valves can be run directly via Diagnostic mode to confirm what temperature comes in. Do you know how to do that? If the hot and cold don't run in correct, then the hoses probably are reversed. The connections on back of the machine are labeled H and C. They don't necessarily match left side and right side to the faucets at the wall.

I checked the water by doing it in diagnostic mode. The water come out cold on cold, and hot when on hot,,,

but when it goes into perm press or reg. The temp has no cold water.

when it DID actually get to the end of the spin cycle,, instead of stopping,, It started all over.

Select Perm Press. Medium water level, temp to Cold, Start. The incoming water is full tap-hot?

Select Regular, Softener Rinse, Medium water level, advance to the 2nd Rinse light, Start. Fill is hot?
