Am I blind? I don't see a way to search the Harvest forum...

Anyway, I'm wondering if I use peeled cored apples in my steamer juicer, and get all the lovely apple juice out, can I use the pulp to make apple butter?

I know the idea behind apple butter is to let all the water evaporate from slow cooking. So it seems like juiced apples would work great. But then I wonder if all the wonderful flavor of the apple butter would have been extracted, leaving something with the right texture, but flavorless and boring.

Any way, just kinda hoping for a 2 for 1 special. But it's 2020, so I don't have a lot of hope.
