I have been looking at narrow flood vs wide flood for this application. Given the distance (over 20' from the ceiling to the lower landing), I'd like a narrow flood as to not waste lumens on the walls for the end. But the top of the stairs would look funny, amirite?

The other thing I was thinking about was putting in a skylight, but I think I might have to choose between the two?
