Please see the YaleAppliance.com website regarding installing an indoor grill. Having adequate ventilation cannot be stressed enogh.

Hi Jessica, we have a Wolf 48”, 4 burners with a griddle and a charbroiler. I have been using it for almost 19 years. It’s all gas and have never had problems. The exhaust is 1200 CFM. When we ordered it we wanted the griddle and charbroiler in the middle with the burners on either side. This arrangement I have found leaves more room for pots or fry pans with longer handles. Have found that the griddle can be used as a fifth burner to keep something warm in its pot.

Thank you. We decided on the Wolf 48 inch with a double griddle in the middle.

We're pretty set on a Wolf 48 but haven't picked grill vs. griddle. One thought was that we have a cast iron griddle that can sit over 2 burners. We're not going to grill meat on the grill, but maybe it's good to char vegetables (peppers, eggplants)?? We'll have plenty of cfm (Best hood with makeup air). Or as someone else said, maybe the griddle is better as a keep-warm spot?? We don't REALLY need either.
