My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I'm afraid that the door in the photo was custom made, it can be replicated by a local steel manufacturer, we had that done once in the Sacramento area, or I replicated the door but not as exactly in my house which you can see in the photos below. That is a Simpson wood door made into a dutch door with solid bottom and glass on top..They can add a sidelight as well.
