My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

"October Grays" Jesse Hildreth

It was only a bit over a week ago it was HOT. Now, one day there is no sun, the next it's sunny. So goes "Fall" at the beach. Jesse Hildreth doesn't appear to care. He took the heat off and is now pushing buds all over and doing his best "Devoniensis" impression yet.

    Beautiful, Kim. Mine here is enjoying the cooler temps too. We had 20 days of 100 F or greater and he kept blooming little brown blooms like Ingrid described her Westside Road Cream Tea made during that time. Now he is back to the real Jesse.
