My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hi the island is 4'-6" x 4'-6" which provides enough leg room on two sides of the island.

    amazing, thank you! that's exactly the size that I'm looking to do in my kitchen. do you have the dimensions of the legs also? I'm trying to decide if I could get away with a 3" leg column for this size island

    3" might be a little slim. These are 4 1/4" sq. but they're also slightly larger than they probably need to be.
