Step one: Fire the employee that kicked in the door. :)

Honestly, the door frame looks splintered beyond repair. You need to remove the doorframe and replace the wood. Then mark the locations of the hinges and chisel out the wood so that they sit flush with the wood surface. Then screw the hinges back on.

(Assuming there isn't any damage to the door as well)

New prehung door with frame. No fixing that.

It ain't all that. Glue the pieces back in, clamp, prime and paint.
