That looks like something I should have. Does it fruit for you? Is it truly evergreen in our climate?

Gorgeous leaves!

It can look even better as new leaves are burgundy and overall the green can be darker. This is a young plant..getting there.

Its evergreen up and down the state and maybe at worst a frost might get the leaves in coldest low elevations,but they regrow in spring.

S24,its at its best. I've seen them in socal..just great small to medium(when old) trees.

What's going on for fall where you are? The local mountains here are mobbed every weekend.

Crowds finally left the beaches so it's quieter there. Apple country is packed too. People want something to do.

Today ,Friday was our first fall like temperatures. Amazing how warm the bay area had been from August to the first week of November.

I only go where I have to go..but seems Kitty the traffic is just as bad here as ever.
