All of the interior doors (except for the front door) are stained a brownish color that has a hint of red. They also have a large wooden banquette, which is stained a dark brown, and the front door is a dark brown too. Eventually we will be getting new floors in the years to come and they will be dark, too. But for now, I want to either stain the interior doors the dark brown, or paint them SW Alabaster White, as I am painting the walls this color. Right now, the doors look really red, so something must be done. Which do you recommend? I will be doing this myself. I have painted and stained before.
