Help reconfiguring bathroom core

I can move some walls to make the master bath work, but I'm worried that the hall bath is too narrow for the tub and toilet

What exactly is the issue. Is that small bathroom 10’ or 7’ along the sink wall? actual to scale floor plans are much better than these for figuriing out spacing..BTW a 3’3’ pantry walk in is completelt useless there is no way to even have a 2’ deep shelving and still walk. How can the small bathroom wall be 9’6” on one side and look excatly the same but be 6’6” on the other

I’d ditch the walk in pantry and do pull out pantries in the kitchen along that wall. That will give you more flexibility with the bathroom layouts. Posting the existing plan is more helpful for us.

The hall bath is 6'6". the dimensions are turned around so the other wall looks like 9'9". I am leaning toward nixing the pantry. then it's a huge master and closet, and plenty of space to work with for the hall bath.

    Here is the existing condition

Here if I nix the pantry. Now the MB is like a bowling alley. What to do with almost 14' length? If I push the middle wall 6" I can put the shower opposite the vanity and add a separate tub next to the shower... That would give 7'6" for the hall bath and I could fit the same configuration with 3' separating the vanity from tub/shower.

How important is 2 sinks in the hall bath? I think you're too cramped in there.

You've got 14'x14' to work with. What about this: make the hall bath a standard 5x8 with a single sink. Then your master can have an 8' vanity and a 3x6 shower. And your closet is 8x9.

If you absolutely need 2 sinks in the hall, then you could eat into the closet space thusly and put some shelving in that closet nook:

I don't know why it didn't post my layout sketches. They show up when I'm typing. Take 2:

Are you ok to move all the plumbing in both bathrooms?

Thanks! The sketches did post. This is definitely an option. I need two sinks because this is the bathroom shared by my two kids. I could move the door over and I get 7'6" which fits everything. But not sure about the door opening against the tub or against the vanity.

It seems that you show a tub in the master bath but you are also talking about a shower. Do you want a tub/shower combo in your master bath? If you are good with only a shower, what is the minimum in square footage you are willing to go?

Just a shower in the master. I need enough room for a double sink. I'm moving walls and plumbing anyway, so I'd like to get the layout right.

How about the window? Does it have to say there? How far is it from the East wall? and how wide is it?

    One option:

Unfortunately, I can move plumbing, but the big brown box in the closet is a chase for the HVAC and cannot be moved. So the closet has to stay where it is. Yes I don't want to move the window.

Can you give us the measurements indicated by A, B, C, D and the dimensions of the HVAC?
