2 approaches. Either the light rail is flush to the box all the way around, recessed from the doors. Or the light rail should be flush with the doors on the front, which yours is, and flush with any applied panels on the side, which yours is not.

Thanks. So this is somewhat unusual in that we are a mix of the two. I suspect this wasn’t the intention as the rails got put on before the decorative panel. Seems like an oops? Hopefully not a huge deal for the KD to change to our liking (flush with panel and door).

IMO those panels do not work for end panels a simple plain end panel would be much better and also fix this dilemma.

Someone didn’t communicate appropriately about the end panels. Their application also affects the crown application above. Is it installed similarly? Behind the panel?

Thanks. ProSource, the crown above is flush to the panel. It’s just the light rail that is not. We are going to have the light rail redone to be flush as well.
