If you tear it out, it will cost you anywhere from $10,000-$20,000 to redo it with proper waterproofing

I’m not particularly in love with it either. Seems dark and contrasts - not in a good way - with the vanity. Is it grayish? Your walls and floors look more cream colored.

Maybe more/improved lighting would help. Paint the vanity and replace the top with a light colored plain, unpatterned one.

It’s not horrible. But I’m not obsessed with it either. I’d remove that stripe. I think that’s what’s bothering me most. Obviously fill it with the other tile if you can otherwise possibly redo the pan and the stripe a solid plainer tile

I think the warm vanity and counter are the odd element out. The floor and shower are cool tones while the vanity wood and stone are warm. I might change that before the expense of ripping out the shower.

FYI to HU. You can’t just rip out some tiles in a shower and replace them. Once you do, you negate the waterproofing

I agree, while it may be just the lighting, floors and the shower (which I don’t hate) are cool colours (grey and whites) even your Kleenex box cover; while wall colour & vanity top is warm beiges. Maybe paint walls and replace vanity countertop first.

The shower tile isn't my favorite either but it's so expensive to replace. I would replace the vanity because, as others have mentioned, it seems to be the odd man out here. I would also add color to the walls as well as a rug and lastly, l would look into having the glass shower wall on the side by the toilet sandblasted/etched to obscure the view of the offending tile while adding privacy
