Under contract on this house. I am going to leave kitchen mostly alone for now but for functional reasons I'm likely going to need to replace counters in adjacent butler pantry sink and laundry room. I'll probably leave alone red laminate for now (although I don't like it cosmetically, its fine for now). I don't mind the current big stainless sink but drain is odd and wanted to get a DW and garbage disposal in which I'm not sure current setup will accommodate. Also would really prefer single bowl sinks, but that's not a deal breaker. Any ideas? Trying to avoid extravagant cost items.
