The walls and trims we used is called ‘Natural White’ by Dulux (Australia). It is a warm white and I am sure you can find similar colours like this in the US. You can also paint the walls grey (in a different shade of grey from the couch tho) keeping the trims white for a crisp look. If there is a lot of natural light you can dare using a darker shade of grey, despite the belief that dark walls make a room feel small, the darkness allows the walls to recede and create a sense of space yet maintaining a feel of intimacy. I would recommend to stick with dark neutral tones that have a warmth to them.
