Decora cabinets vs NAC cabinets?

I’m in the design phase of renovating our kitchen. Super torn on the cabinet choice. Met with some well-reviewed and recommended dealers and have designs with Decora cabinets (framed) and North American Cabinets (frameless). Does anyone have experience with these manufacturers?

I’m looking to go simple (white shaker with a single bevel) and want the cabinets to be solid, well-made and last for years and years to come.

Thank you!!

Get a independant kitchen designer and work on the design first , I like frameless cabinets I have no experience with either of those companies. Do not get sucked in to believing all wood is the way to go for the boxes and also painted doors are much better done in MDF than wood. I use Ikea and have had them for myself in my last 2 homes and use them often for clients they have a great warranty and nice styles but do lend themselves to a bit more contemporary style choice. I have a client who has had the same Ikea cabinets for 22 yrs and had 5 kids at home when they were first installed they still look great and one of her sons bought the house and decided to keep the kitchen the way it was . A good kitchen designer will have experience with more than one maker usually and since one of these is in Canada I guess my question is where are you? Cabinet salespeople are not kitchen designers usually and only want to sell cabinets . If a designer is not in your budget I would suggest posting a detailed to scale floor plan here to see at least some help in the basics of kitchen design.

Thanks so much. We have the design all done. Went through that process with an architect/designer.

Just so you are aware architects are in my experience the worst kitchen designers and most interior designers are not KD s either. So why only these 2 makers?

Those were 2 that were recommended. Our designer had a lot of kitchen design background. Here it is.

Decora. With a different design. There’s not nearly enough prep space in that kitchen for its size. You need some walls put back.

Only one wall was taken out - where the peninsula is and the open space next to it is kitchen table. The openings by the fridge, pantry and other cabinet unit are for entrances to dining room, bathroom and mud room. So no walls to be put back. We may entertain a 5 foot x 2 ft rolling island piece to put in the middle.

I am also redoing my kitchen and going with a design and build company that uses North American Cabinets. Do you know what the approx cost per linear foot was for the cabinets? Looks like your kitchen came out great
