Time for an SPC core engineered wood or LVP replacement that's waterproof.

Here’s a source for parquet replacement (Czar Floors). https://www.czarfloors.com/item_details.asp?sku=M29 They carry a variety of sizes/number of “fingers” (I.e. the number of smaller boards making up each square - yours have 5 fingers).

The same waterproof core with a 1.2 mil wood veneer top is beginning to be offered in the marketplace. It would look better because of no repeat and is classified as a wood floor. It may be an early adopter product at this time. Which means you have to put in more work to evaluate and choose the right product. Link. Link. Link.

That looks like quite a bit that you'd have to try and match. I'd replace it with something waterproof.

What you have is most likely 4-3/4" squares with five slats per square. Peace Flooring in Magnolia Arkansas sells this product, (870) 234-2310. It comes unfinished so it's sanded and stained to whatever color you choose. Yours looks like Red Oak but you should double check before ordering.
