Drawers are in 5" increments. We did (from top) 5-5-10-10. You can do 10-10-10. Or 5-10-15. Or add interior drawers.

Me either and there are many ways to configure the drawers so not sure what your issue is . I like 15-10-5 so I have a nice shallow drawer for gadgets . I happen to love Ikea and never bother with having different doors that then negate the warranty I have always been able to do an Ikea kitchen to my clients specs or we go true custom.

If I'm reading correctly, what you want to do is use the taller drawer boxes with 10" fronts so that the sides of the drawers come up closer to the top of the 10" fronts? I just looked at the measurements on my 15" deep drawers and it looks like it could be done.

For comparison, here is a medium depth drawer box with a 10" drawer front - you can see that the sides do not come up to the full height of the drawer front, which I assume is what you are trying to avoid? I don't know that I've ever had a kitchen where the drawer boxes are the same height as the fronts, so maybe I don't know any better, but I don't really notice the height difference of the drawer boxes.

We have some 5-5-5-15 combos, some 10-10-10, and some blank-10-15s below our cooktop and our enormous prep sink.
