We have a similar space in current kitchen and I bought a wheeled table from Costco and our microwave is on it. It has a handle on one end that can serve as a towel bar. It would work for your coffee station, too. Great little cart for the price, I got it on sale - about $90 I think.

Not every space needs to be filled. Remove the basket and put your pet bowls in the corner. Add some vertical art to one of the walls.That's all you need. If you want to use it for the Nespresso machine, you'll be carrying cups over there from either your dishwasher or when you use it each time.
