Hi do the handles/knobs in the laundry generally have to match?

I ordered a new Laundry back door and I chose a gold

knob handle which was included in the price of the door,

I realised much later when I got home that the door to my laundry door has a silver handle And a different design.

Will it make a difference if the handles differ in color and design.
